'Remember Me' World Alzheimer’s Month 2017
World Alzheimer's Month (WAM) is the international campaign by Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) every September to raise awareness.
The theme of WAM is 'Remember me' this year, aims to highlight the importance of early detection and diagnosis of dementia, build a dementia-friendly communities and support people living with dementia and their families stay living in community with dignity.
